Lemon & Coconut Oil
Citric acid in lemon juice can remove color changes in the nail, while lauric acid in coconut oil can strengthen and nourish the cuticle. Take a tablespoon of coconut oil, add 5 drops of lemon juice, then heat it in the microwave for 20 seconds. Dip your nails into the solution, leave to soak for 10 minutes and massage well your nail surface. Do it once a day.
Orange juice
Orange juice is high in folic acid and vitamin C, both of which promote nail growth. Soak your nails in orange juice for 5 minutes, and then rinse
until clean. Then dry with a clean towel.
Garlic
Garlic contains sulfur, which is known to nourish and strengthen brittle nails. Boil a cup of water, add 1 crushed garlic clove and one teaspoon of lemon juice. Let it simmer for 10 minutes and let it cool. Put the solution into an empty nail polish bottle. Apply on your nails every night before bed.
Olive oil
Olive oil containing vitamin E, can stimulate blood circulation and facilitate the process of growing nails faster. Before bedtime, massage nails and cuticles with warm olive oil. Leave overnight. Repeat every night.
Coconut Oil & Honey
Lauric acid in coconut oil when combined with amino acids from honey, can make the nails glow. Mix coconut oil with a teaspoon of honey, massage on your nails for 5 minutes. Leave on for 15 minutes, rinse and dry. Repeat 2 times a week.
Tomatoes & Olive Oils
The amount of biotin and vitamin A present in the tomato can nourish the nails with the maximum. Mix 1 tablespoon of tomato juice and olive oil. Soak your nails in this solution for 10 minutes. Do this several times a week, until the condition returns prime nails.
