The Wrong and Right When Washing Up

1. Use your beauty products with care

Is your skin flushed and sensitive after cleansing? Maybe your cleanser is too hard. While removing makeup and dirt, it does not have to take healthy cells or natural oils from your skin.

If this happens you should choose another facial cleanser that can clean thoroughly but leave no problem on the face.

2. How many times do you wash your face?

If you are used to washing your face more than twice a day, you will lose too much natural oil and eventually irritation. Your face needs a break from various beauty products. If you do not sweat too much better take up makeup. You can also skip the facial cleansing procession before going to bed and just wash it with warm water.

3. Consider the water temperature

Some people believe that hot water keeps pores open and cold water makes the pore holes smaller. Apparently it is not true because the pores do not have muscles so can not open or close.

For those of you who often wash your face with hot water, it turns out that way even make your skin drier. Because hot water can shed skin protective oil. Make sure that the water is not too hot, enough warm water.

4. Do not obsess with exfoliation

To ensure dead skin cells are lifted from the face, no need to use scrubs every day. You can do it twice a week. If you feel your scrubs do not work very well, you can also use fruits that contain acid.

5. Rinse thoroughly

An imperfect rinsing process will leave unwanted debris on your face. Finally, the pores are clogged.

How to rinse the correct face begins near the hairline, continue until around your jaw. Do not forget also the sidelines of the nose because in this section is usually the rest of the dirt left behind.

6. Note the ingredients

If you find beauty products that cause problems with your skin, do not throw them away. Take a good look at the labels. Are there any parabens and other synthetic preservatives? Or dyes and fragrances that can cause irritation?

If there is sodium lauryl sulphate content, you should be careful because this material is able to produce an allergic reaction. Knowing the ingredients contained in cosmetics that cause skin problems, will prevent you from buying mistakes.

7. The use of towels

Use a clean, soft towel on your face. Do not dry your face by rubbing. Too much attraction and friction will affect the elasticity of your skin. Do the drying by gently tapping your face until the face is completely dry.

8. Using moisturizer

Do not wait for your skin to dry to wear a moisturizer. Do it when the skin is still wet. Because in this way the moisturizer will absorb perfectly to the skin. Non-absorbing moisturizer will leave residue on the skin causing other problems.

9. Many do not mean better results

No need to have many facial products. You simply select some that you need and fit your skin. Choose products that care effectively.

10. Oil to clean the face

The old belief that oil clogs skin pores has now changed. Even experts tend to suggest oil-based cleansers for all skin types.

Oil can actually cleanse pores effectively, get rid of bacteria and provide a healthy balance on the skin.

When choosing an oil-based product, make sure it comes from natural oils and plants. You can use almond oil, grapeseed oil, apricot seed oil, sunflower oil and so on.

Coconut oil and olive oil may also be a good choice. Massage a little oil onto your face gently and then wipe with a soft damp cloth. To avoid leaving residues that will clog the pores, clean the oil as carefully as possible.
