METHOD 1 USING HAIR CARE
1. Do a scalp massage with warm oil.
Scalp massage with warm oil using natural oils to improve scalp health and promote hair growth. Oils such as coconut oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, and argan oil can be used during scalp massage. Note, scalp massage with warm oil has not been scientifically proven to encourage faster hair growth. [1]

METHOD 2 CUSTOMIZE ROUND HAIR CARE
1. Wash your hair two or three times a week.
Reducing the shampoo routine to two to three times a week will make the oil on the scalp permeate into the hair. Thus the hair can moisturize and improve its condition.
If the scalp looks very oily or itchy after shampooing two to three times a week, you need to increase the shampoo time every week. To shampoo the hair appropriately, rub the shampoo on the scalp, while massaging the scalp when you do it, then let the shampoo soak the strands of hair when rinsing hair.
Just wipe the shampoo over your scalp while massaging it. Then, allow the shampoo to flow to the hair shaft when rinsed.
2. Use conditioner everytime you shower.

3. Rinse hair with cold water after bathing.
Rinsing hair with cold water after a hot bath can help close the cuticle and make hair stronger when laid out.
You should also consider lowering the bath water temperature when washing your hair with shampoo and conditioner so the hair is not exposed to too hot and steamy water
4. Do not wrap wet hair with a towel.
