Easy Way To Always Awet Young and Healthy
At an age that is not young anymore, the condition of the body usually decreased and the appearance was not as interesting as before. But getting older, does not mean you can not look fresh and youthful.

You can still be healthy and youthful, by following a healthy diet and maintaining a regular diet. What kind of healthy diet to stay young? Here are four easy ways to manage your diet to stay healthy and youthful:

1. Fruit and Vegetables Colorful
An important step to stay healthy and youthful is by diligently eating fruit and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables of any kind, contain many antioxidants to protect the body from free radicals. Antioxidants function to neutralize free radicals - the body cells that are often connected as a cause of wrinkles and black spots, even cancer and heart disease.

"In addition to slowing the signs of aging, antioxidants can also renew cells and prevent them from damage," explains Bonnie Taub-Dix, R.D., a spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association, as quoted by Womens Health Mag.
To get the benefits of antioxidants to the maximum, not enough to consume only vegetables or fruits. You must combine fruits and vegetables with different colors; red, orange, yellow and green.

Each vegetable or fruit has different antioxidant types, which concentrate in different places. For example, antioxidants in berries help maintain the stability of brain function and motor. While antioxidants in pomegranate (pomegranate) can reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke. Another antioxidant contained in broccoli, contains compounds that help prevent breast cancer.

2. Healthy Fat
If you want to stay young when older, try to reduce foods that contain saturated fat. Preferably choose foods with unsaturated fats. Unsaturated fatty acids found in olive oil, fish, nuts and seeds have been shown to decrease the risk of disease that often arises because of age. Some of them are arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, stroke and even Alzheimer's. Healthy fats also help maintain healthy skin and keep it beautiful and youthful. The more you consume omega-3 (commonly found in salmon or sardines), the less the risk of skin damage will be experienced.

3. Drink Green Tea
Green tea contains antioxidants called catechins that are believed to make you healthy and youthful. This compound is believed to overcome high blood pressure, also improve the body's immune system. Drinking green tea at least one cup a day, can reduce the risk of suffering high blood pressure up to 46 percent. If drinking two to three more glasses, will reduce up to 65 percent. Green tea is safe to consume a maximum of five cups per day. According to research from the Journal of Food Science, organic green tea has the highest levels of antioxidants, about 100 catechins per gram.

4. Eat Less
Reducing the portion of the meal is the right way if you want to be healthy and youthful. As we get older, the body's ability to digest and absorb nutrients from food diminishes. If in their 20s, the body quickly converts nutrients into energy, at the age of 30 and above, the body's metabolism tends to slow down so more food is just stored and eventually becomes a pile of fat. The body becomes more easily fat and susceptible to disease.

Reducing the portion of food in your 30s and over, can help you maintain health and prevent 'aging' diseases such as being overweight, heart disease or high blood pressure. Eat foods low in calories and multiply the intake of fruits and vegetables. Do not forget also to drink plenty of water for the process of removal of toxins from the body.
