Tips for Making a Long Lasting Lipstick

Having long lasting lipstick is every woman's hope. But lipstick tends to be erased when eating or drinking. In the worst cases, it can be erased when you wear clothes, and instead stick to it.

Well, if you are looking for ways to keep your lipstick long lasting, here are the tips:

1. Hydrating lips

If you want to make your lipstick last a long time, then you need to exfoliate and remove the pieces of wrinkles on your lips. After that, apply a lip moisturizer to keep your lips soft and supple. Lipstick will last longer on lips that are more supple and healthy.

2. Use a lip liner

Lip liners have longer durability because they have a waxier formula that helps lipstick stick to your lips. Lip liners create a barrier so that the color of your lips stays in contact with your lips. Use lip pencil that is closest to the color of your lipstick or neutral lip liner. Lip liners help create depth and also shape your lips.

3. Use primary lip

The primary lip provides the basis for your lip color so that it can last a long time. This creates a smooth surface for your lipstick and prevents lipstick from staining. Primary lip has certain components that help increase the life of your lipstick

4. Don't forget blotting

Blotting is a simple but effective trick. Blotting helps absorb excess oil and prevents lipstick from being erased. Apply a thin layer of lipstick to all your lips. Then take clean tissue paper and place it between your lips and press your lips for a few seconds. Then apply another layer of lipstick.

5. Use powder

After you have applied your favorite lip color, take tissue paper and place it gently on your lips. Then take the powder and sprinkle it on the soft brush then apply it gently on tissue paper. Remove tissue paper and apply another layer of your favorite lip color.

6. Try foundation

The Foundation also works like a primary lip. It also helps make the base smooth so that the lipstick stays on the lips for a long time. You can use your fingertips or a flat makeup brush to apply foundation to your lips.

7. Use a long last lipstick

Choosing the right lipstick is an important task. Long last lipstick contains extra pigments and lighter moisturizers, so they tend to last longer than other lip formulas. Choose matte or waterproof lipstick. Don't use glossy lipstick because it tends to fade quickly.

8. The right application

If you want perfect lips, make sure you apply your lipstick with a lip brush. Carefully apply your lip color from the corner of your lips to the center to get a good, long-lasting result.
